What We Offer
Introductory Meet And Greet
Free
During the introductory meet and greet, you and our staff will get to know each other, show us your pets’ routines, and make sure we’re a good match for your needs. These generally take between 20 and 60 minutes, depending on the breadth of services requested, and cover topics such as feeding, medications, playtime, emergency planning, and home management items such as plant-watering and key/entry instructions. This is also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about our services or experience.
Drop-In Visits
30 minutes - $25 for up to two (2) pets
60 minutes - $35 for up to two (2) pets
Additional Pets - $5 each
Drop-in visits are short periods of time personalized to your pets’ needs. They often include the basics of care, such as feeding, water refills, medication administration, a potty break or litter box cleaning, and outside time for pups with a fenced yard. They’re also a chance for your pet to get their social needs met, whether that means playtime with me, petting and cuddling, or just enjoying some company nearby. Every visit includes a detailed report on how your pet is doing, complete with photos, sent to you at the end of the appointment.
Dog Walking
30 minutes - $25 for up to two (2) dogs
+15 minutes - $10
Additional Dogs - $5 each
A chance for your pup to get out and stretch their legs! A 30-minute walk usually spans 1 to 1.5 miles, depending on the speed of your dog and how much they love to sniff around. All dogs must be leash-trained and vaccinated for walks. Up to two medium or large dogs or three small dogs can be walked at the same time. If you have pups with differing walking styles or speeds, we recommend booking additional time so we can take them out individually and make sure they’re all getting what they need. Like drop-ins, each walk includes a detailed report with pictures sent at the end of the visit.
House Sitting
(with or without Pets)
Without Pet Services - $20
Included with Pet Services
This service is for clients who would like an eye kept on their homes while they’re away, and can be booked even if you don’t have pets. These visits include bringing the mail in, watering any indoor and outdoor plants as requested, taking garbage and recycling bins to the curb and back, rotating interior lights to make the home look occupied, and doing walk-throughs of the home to check for any potential concerns. House-sitting visits include short reports at the end of each visit and photos, if requested.
Pet Overnights
(Limited Availability; Repeat Clients Only)
Per 24 Hours - $65 for up to two (2) pets
Additional Pets- $20 Each
Overnight care for critters who do better with more presence. Overnights encompasses all of their care activities, including walks, and regular updates with photos. Your sitter may have to step away from the home for short periods of time. If they need to be away for longer than two hours at once, we will bring it up prior to confirming your booking so you can decide if their availability will work for you and your pets.
Everyone deserves to be able to access attentive and reliable care for their animal companions. At Twitchy Tails Critter Care, we want to make sure that our services are accessible to ALL people, regardless of financial situation. We currently offer five Pay-What-You-Can 30-minute drop-in visits or walks per calendar month on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please let us know that you are requesting a Pay-What-You-Can booking when you contact us and we will let you know how many visits we have remaining for the month. PWYC visits are reserved for people who would not otherwise be able to afford pet care services, and a signed attestation of financial need will be required to utilize this option.

Bookings of 10 or more visits receive a 10% discount
Holiday Surcharge
Bank holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve are +50% for services on those days only; non-holiday visits in the same booking will be charged at the usual rate.
